GROW is a registered firm founded in 2017. Presently having its operation in Uttarakhand with planning to expand in other states in future with Farmers & Buyers.

We are voluntary organization working in Uttarakhand State and focuses on awareness and establishes the community for their long-term sustainable development an all its programs the organization acts merely facilitator to the development process utilizing local resources, local skills and local knowledge through local initiatives.

We will act as a partner to the beneficiaries and will carry out those activities which will help the beneficiaries to achieve their respective goals. Following are some of the activities GROW would carry out:

• We will make procedure for the total buy Back of quality Ganoderma and Oyster from the farmers at the negotiated price.
• The expectations of the beneficiaries from GROW will be proving them with proper technical knowledge.
• GROW will provide the beneficiaries with the exposure visits and orientations programs time to time.
• As Ganoderma & Oyster mushroom and its derivatives are highly sensitive varieties and can easily get contaminated it will be ensured that the best of practices may be adopted for the hygienic and safe cultivation of mushroom.
• For value addition like grading and packaging of the final product the beneficiaries must be trained.

Our passion is for providing natural organic products, innovative products related to health & wealth especially in Mushroom Sector & others. We will Facilitate Individual Farmers & Producer Groups as Entrepreneur and assist them in growing and marketing there products.
